Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and their pets with empathy and a caring demeanor.
Answer phone calls and provide information, appointment scheduling, and general assistance.
Maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with client check-ins, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.
Coordinate appointments and communicate with the veterinary team to meet client needs.
Explain clinic services, procedures, and payment options to clients.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and with empathy.
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the client waiting area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide the best care for pets and their owners.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in a veterinary or healthcare setting, is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using office software and phone systems.
