** Job Title: Industrial Automation and BMS Trainer

** Job Summary:

The Industrial Automation and BMS (Building Management System) Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students, engineers, and professionals in the areas of industrial automation, control systems, and building management technologies. The trainer will design and implement training modules, provide hands-on sessions, and ensure trainees gain both theoretical and practical expertise aligned with industry standards.

** Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Industrial Automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFD, and related control technologies.

Deliver training programs on Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC control, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and access control integration.

Design and update training materials, modules, and lab exercises according to current industrial practices.

Provide hands-on practical demonstrations using automation equipment, simulation tools, and control panels.

Assess trainees’ performance through assignments, practical evaluations, and examinations.

Assist in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting training kits and laboratory equipment.

Stay updated with emerging technologies in automation, IoT, and BMS systems.

Support academic/industrial collaboration projects and internships related to automation and BMS.

Prepare and submit training reports, feedback, and progress documentation to the management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Schneider, etc.).

Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, KNX, etc.).

Sound understanding of BMS architecture and integration of HVAC, lighting, and fire alarm systems.

Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Ability to manage a training lab and ensure equipment safety and calibration.

Good documentation and report-preparation abilities.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in industrial automation or BMS domain (training or field experience).

Certification in PLC, SCADA, or BMS systems will be an added advantage.
