Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate training programs and workshops
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources
Conduct training sessions and support learner development
Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback
Maintain training records and attendance reports
Coordinate with departments to identify learning requirements
Support onboarding and employee development programs
Stay updated with current training methods and industry practices
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to engage and motivate learners
Good organizational and time management abilities
Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation is an advantage
