Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing Services: Assist customers in booking flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
Customer Assistance: Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, offering travel advice, and resolving issues related to bookings and itineraries.
Fare Calculations: Calculate fares, issue tickets, and process payments accurately, adhering to airline and agency guidelines.
Travel Documentation: Verify and confirm travel documents, visas, and other necessary paperwork to ensure customers meet entry requirements for their destinations.
Itinerary Planning: Assist customers in planning travel itineraries, suggesting destinations, modes of transportation, and accommodations based on their preferences and budget.
Sales Support: Promote travel packages, special deals, and add-on services to customers, contributing to upselling and increasing revenue.
Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Ticketing Agent, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role in the travel industry is preferred.
Proficiency in ticketing systems and reservation software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of international travel regulations, visas, and entry requirements.
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
