We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
