Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and securing sales leads or completing sales transactions over the phone. Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits to persuade customers to make a purchase or commit to a sales agreement.
Maintain a customer database with accurate and updated information, recording interactions, transactions, and any follow-up actions required.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and friendly approach to engaging potential customers over the phone.
Proficiency in using sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and positively.
