Teacher Assistant For School

Description

We are looking for a caring and motivated Teacher Assistant to support classroom teachers in providing a positive and effective learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will assist with daily classroom activities, help manage students, and contribute to the overall success of the school’s educational programs.

Responsibilities:

Support the main teacher in classroom management and lesson delivery.

Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.

Prepare classroom materials, teaching aids, and maintain an organized learning space.

Supervise students during class, lunch, and outdoor activities.

Help monitor student progress and report observations to the teacher.

Maintain discipline and ensure student safety at all times.

Provide additional support to students with special needs when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a school environment preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, responsible, and caring attitude towards children.

Basic knowledge of classroom management and child development.

Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
