Job Description:

We are seeking responsible and energetic Swimming Pool Staff to join our team in Dubai. The Swimming Pool Staff will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the swimming pool area, assisting guests, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the swimming pool area to ensure safety and compliance with pool rules.
Assist lifeguards in maintaining a safe environment for all swimmers.
Clean and sanitize the pool area, including lounge chairs, pool deck, and surrounding areas.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the poolside facilities, including changing rooms and showers.
Test pool water quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
Set up and organize poolside events and activities as needed.
Provide towels and other amenities to guests.
Address guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Assist in enforcing the facility’s rules and regulations.
Ensure that all equipment is stored properly after use.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality is preferred.
Basic knowledge of swimming pool operations and safety practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work outdoors and handle the physical demands of the job.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
