OUR COMPANY is seeking skilled labours,forman and supervisors to join our team in the plastic manufacturing division. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on plastic products. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, we want you to be a part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of plastic products.
Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure products meet quality standards.
Assist in the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Load raw materials into machines and oversee the molding, cutting, and shaping processes.
Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably in the plastics industry.
Knowledge of operating and maintaining plastic production machinery.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
Basic understanding of safety standards and regulations.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
