SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN

Description

An established construction company is looking for a Supervisor / Foreman to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers, and ensure assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Responsibilities
Supervise workers and coordinate daily site activities.
Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing work.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site personnel.
Check tools, equipment, and materials required for daily operations.
Ensure workers follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Identify site issues and report them to the relevant management team.
Maintain daily work and attendance records.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the required schedule.
Requirements
Diploma, technical qualification, or relevant trade certification.
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role.
Good knowledge of construction and site operations.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
Relevant UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
