Job Title: Store Clerk – Supermarket

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Store Clerks. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. If you have a passion for helping customers, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the smooth operation of a supermarket, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about products, prices, and in-store promotions.
Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are well-organized and faced.
Check and rotate the expiration dates of products to maintain freshness.
Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions.
Operate cash registers, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Bag groceries and assist with carrying items to customers’ vehicles.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning aisles, carts, and checkout areas.
Ensure the store is well-stocked by replenishing inventory as needed.
Handle customer returns and exchanges following store policies.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail or supermarket setting is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
Friendly and positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to lift and carry grocery bags and perform stocking tasks.
