Job Title: Store Assistant
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and helpful manner.
Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
Restock and arrange merchandise on store shelves and displays.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
Operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately.
Assist in opening and closing procedures for the store.
Address customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Follow safety and security protocols to protect employees, customers, and store assets.
Participate in store promotions and events as required.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Cash handling experience and basic math skills for transactions.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
