Salary: 3500

Responsibilities:
Manage and organize company documents, ensuring proper filing, storage, and retrieval
Develop and maintain efficient document control procedures and systems
Oversee inventory levels, track stock movement, and conduct regular audits
Coordinate with various departments to update documentation and maintain accuracy
Generate reports on document and inventory status as required
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to manage inventory levels effectively
Ensure compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
Proven experience in document control or inventory management roles is Beneficial
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in document management software and inventory tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset and ability to problem-solve inventory discrepancies
