Staff Nurse

Description

An established hospital or medical centre is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care, assist doctors and other healthcare professionals, and ensure patients receive safe and effective nursing support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Provide wound care and other routine nursing procedures as required.
Educate patients and their families about basic healthcare and treatment instructions.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff for effective patient care.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid nursing license/eligibility as applicable in the UAE.
Previous experience as a Staff Nurse is preferred.
Good knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
