Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Staff Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will drive company staff to various locations, ensure proper vehicle maintenance, and follow all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation Duties

Safely drive staff to and from designated locations.

Follow assigned routes and schedules.

Ensure timely arrival for all trips and appointments.

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after use.

Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.

Report any mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor.

Schedule regular servicing and maintenance when required.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures.

Maintain a defensive driving approach at all times.

Ensure passengers’ safety and comfort throughout the journey.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs.

Keep all vehicle documents updated (insurance, registration, permits).

Report any incidents or accidents promptly.

Support Duties

Assist staff with loading and unloading items when needed.

Run errands or deliver documents as requested by management.

Qualifications

Valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a staff driver, company driver, or personal driver.

Familiarity with local routes, areas, and traffic regulations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Physically fit and able to assist with light lifting.

Preferred Skills

Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Good interpersonal skills and polite attitude.

Work Environment

Field-based role with frequent travel.

Interaction with staff across various departments.
