Role Overview

The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, tracking deliveries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring goods are processed and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily shipping and delivery activities
Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records
Track shipments and provide status updates
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transport teams
Verify shipment details and ensure accuracy of documentation
Assist with import/export paperwork when required
Monitor delivery schedules and resolve basic shipment issues
Maintain organized records of shipping activities
