Position Title – General Typist

Age group – 28 to 40 yrs
Work Experience – Minimum 4 years worked in govt system in UAE
We are currently seeking General Typist, who will be responsible to prepare and process all visa process across all the Emirates (UAE Mainland and Free-zone visas) and immigration related documents and activities. And also required to carry out all the legal activities within the company. He/she should also must have an in-depth knowledge of all government portals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities;
– To prepare all legal documents as per the requirement of the company.
– To type the court documents such as MOA, MOU, POA, NOC’s affidavits and any other related documents
– General translation.
– To type and process the documents for all the visa applications such as new employment visas, dependent /servant visas, investor visas, renewals and cancellations.
– To prepare online Emirates Id and Medical DHA /MOH Application forms related to government requirements for processing of new/renewed visa applications.
– To coordinate for all work related transactions with the Municipalities of Dubai, GDRFA, Chamber of Commerce, DED ,Tas’heel, GPSSA, E-CHANNEL, DHA, MOH, Embassies, Consulates, RTA and other government sectors across UAE.
– To coordinate with formations, Accounts Dept, Administration Dept, PROs and logistic Dept
– To prepare E-Dirham, Noqodi and CBD reports on daily basis and send to Finance Dept
Criteria for Qualification;
– Excellent Arabic Typing Skills
– Typing Speed 60 to 70 wpm
– Well versed in advanced legal writing skills
– Must have Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification.
– Minimum 4 years’ UAE experience as a typist.
– Proficiency in English and Arabic typing a must.
– Strong technical and computer skills (MS Office tools, etc.)
– Must be able to work on all the govt system; Tas’heel/Immigration/Freezone will be plus
– Include Annual flight, Medical insurance.
– 2 days off a week, Public holidays will be off.
– Working hours 9am to 6pm Daily.
– Annual leave + Employment Visa
