Security Manager

Description

A reputed company in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Security Manager. The role is responsible for managing security operations, supervising security personnel, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring effective protection of company premises, people, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily security operations.
Lead, guide, and monitor security officers and supervisors.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff deployment.
Ensure security procedures and company policies are followed.
Conduct regular site inspections and security checks.
Monitor access control, visitor management, and surveillance systems.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Prepare and maintain incident and security reports.
Coordinate with management, clients, and relevant authorities when required.
Conduct security briefings and staff training.
Identify potential security risks and recommend corrective measures.
Ensure all security staff maintain proper discipline and professional conduct.
Requirements
Previous experience in security management or a similar supervisory role.
Security industry experience in the UAE is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
Basic computer and report-writing skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Relevant UAE security qualifications/licenses will be an advantage.
