Responsibilities:
Set up and operate screen printing equipment and machinery
Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing according to job specifications
Ensure accuracy in color mixing and matching to achieve desired results
Monitor printing quality and make adjustments as needed during production runs
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment
Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting screen printing machinery
Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques, inks, and substrates
Ability to interpret job orders and work with various designs and materials
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in screen printing is advantageous
