Description

The school is looking for a School Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. The role involves managing the front desk, handling inquiries, maintaining communication, and supporting the administrative operations of the school in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors courteously.

Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.

Maintain visitor records and ensure school security procedures are followed.

Manage front desk operations — including filing, photocopying, and document handling.

Support school administration with data entry, attendance records, and reports.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and parent interactions.

Assist with admission-related queries and documentation.

Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming.

Handle correspondence (letters, circulars, notices) in coordination with the admin department.

Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the school administration or principal.
