Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day school operations and administrative activities
Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and safety standards
Coordinate with academic, administrative, and support staff
Oversee facility management, maintenance, and operational requirements
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation
Handle parent and student concerns in a professional manner
Monitor operational budgets, supplies, and vendor coordination
Support school events, activities, and overall planning
Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records
