Description

Key Responsibilities:

Security and safety of school premises.
Maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities.
Cleaning and sanitation of school buildings.
Setting up and breaking down rooms for events.
Management of supplies and inventory.
Emergency response and assistance.
Groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance.
Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with vendors.
Assisting school staff with maintenance-related tasks.
Performing basic repairs to fixtures and equipment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous maintenance or custodial experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of safety procedures and basic maintenance techniques.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Effective communication skills.
Physical fitness for lifting and moving heavy objects.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Availability for after-hours emergency response, as needed.
