As a Sales Coordinator, your primary duties and responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the Sales team to develop and execute strategies to enhance sales both for brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce retailers.
Communicating with e-commerce retailers to manage online product listings, promotions, and order fulfilment.
Monitoring and tracking e-commerce sales data, including product performance, pricing, and inventory levels.
Coordinating with brick-and-mortar stores to arrange product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
Conducting store visits to ensure that product displays and promotions are adequately implemented and maintained.
Providing training and support to brick-and-mortar store staff on product features and benefits, promotions, and sales techniques.
Assisting with the development of marketing and promotional materials for both brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce retailers.
Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to identify sales growth opportunities.
Providing administrative support to the Sales team, including preparing quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Managing and updating the customer database.
Coordinating sales orders and shipments with the warehouse team.
Communicating with customers via phone and email to answer their queries and provide information on products and services.
Assisting with sales forecasting and budgeting.
Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports for the Sales Manager.
Assisting in organizing promotional events and product launches.
Maintaining inventory records and ensuring adequate stock levels.
Sales Coordinator Requirements:
· Must have 1+ years of sales coordination experience in UAE.
· Must be based in UAE currently.
· Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills.
· Strong verbal and written communicator.
· Excellent phone and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in using vlookup and pivot table in an MS excel spreadsheet.
· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
