Position: Sales Associate
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries or selection.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a well-organized and clean sales floor.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Assist with restocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
A positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
