Sales Associate – Dubai

Your responsibilities:
Providing customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which Breitling products would best suit their needs
Ensure implementation of merchandising that is personalized to potential customers
Maintaining relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with the company’s services and their purchases
Interacting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests to make appropriate recommendations
Ensure the client experience is memorable by showing a good understanding of their customer and their requirements
Providing customers with insightful and interactive product demonstrations so they can experience the product before making a purchase
Creating an environment that encourages customers to spend time in the store and encourages them to make additional purchases
Providing customers with information about products and services offered by other departments e.g. after sales services, product warranty

Your profile:
You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a luxury environment
You are currently holding a similar role with in-depth knowledge of luxury retail and/or consumer goods in the UAE
You are bilingual in English ; other languages will be considered
You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections
Also, you have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
