Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in finding products, providing detailed product information and demonstrations.
Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit card, and digital payments, and provide correct change to customers.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, features, promotions, and discounts to effectively promote and sell items to customers.
Merchandising: Assist in organizing store displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented and visually appealing.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
