Sales Assistant

Description

A reputable company is hiring a Sales Assistant to support the sales team with customer communication, product information, sales coordination, and daily administrative activities. This position is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with daily sales activities.
Communicate with customers and provide information about products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels.
Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and related documents.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Support sales executives in achieving daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Help maintain product displays and promotional materials when required.
Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
