Description

A recognized company is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team, maintain customer records, process sales documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Update sales databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
Respond to routine customer inquiries and provide required information.
Coordinate with sales representatives, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales documentation and ensure records are complete.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and sales activities.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Support the sales team in achieving smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales administration or office coordination is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
