Safety Supervisor

Description

The Safety Supervisor oversees the implementation of safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company safety standards. They monitor safety performance, conduct inspections, and guide staff to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.

Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits.

Monitor work practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for staff and contractors.

Maintain safety records, documentation, and permits.

Coordinate with management and project teams to implement safety improvement measures.

Promote a culture of safety awareness across the organization.
