Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Returns Coordinator to join our warehouse team. As a Returns Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the return and exchange processes for products and materials, ensuring timely and efficient processing. Responsibilities:
Receive and process return requests from customers and internal teams.
Inspect returned items for damage or defects.
Determine the appropriate resolution for each return, such as refunds, exchanges, or repairs.
Update inventory records and return documentation accurately.
Coordinate the shipping and logistics for returned items.
Communicate with customers and vendors to provide return status updates.
Handle return-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records of return trends and provide feedback to management.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient processing.
Ensure compliance with return policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in returns coordination or a related role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and meet return processing deadlines.
Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
