Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.
Lead and develop a team of sales associates, setting performance standards and providing coaching and guidance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels to optimize stock and meet sales targets.
Implement and enforce store policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and excellence in customer service.
Ensure visual merchandising and store layout are attractive and appealing to customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
