Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our dynamic sales team and ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, coaching staff, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and guide the retail sales team to achieve sales targets.
Provide training and ongoing coaching to sales associates for skill enhancement.
Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress.
Ensure the store maintains an attractive and organized appearance.
Manage inventory levels, restocking, and merchandising efforts.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate daily reconciliation.
Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and promotions.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role is required.
Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Detail-oriented and able to analyze sales data.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree is a plus.
