Retail Sales Associate

Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our supermarket. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our shoppers, answering their questions, and helping them find the products they need. The Retail Sales Associate will also be responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer their questions about products and services.
Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for.
Provide product recommendations and suggestions to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Restock shelves and ensure that products are properly displayed.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the store is running smoothly.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 3000 AED per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance and experience.
