Position: Retail Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and well-organized.
Process transactions at the point of sale, including cash and card payments.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking deliveries.
Keep the store environment clean and appealing to customers.
Assist in setting up displays and promotional items.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle busy periods efficiently.
A friendly, positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
