We are seeking a skilled and creative Restaurant Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining a well-organized and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes in line with restaurant standards and customer expectations.
Design menus, including daily specials, that reflect creativity and seasonal availability.
Ensure all food is prepared with the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency and taste.
Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations during service.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
Ensure the kitchen complies with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Stay updated with culinary trends and integrate new techniques into menu offerings.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team.
Collaborate with restaurant management to plan events, catering, and promotions.
