We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Cashier in Dubai. The Restaurant Cashier will handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with their orders.
Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation.
Follow all cash handling procedures and security measures.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Uphold company policies and standards for customer service.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
