Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their reservations, providing information about the hotel’s services, and ensuring a positive booking experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for creating seamless guest experiences, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our hotel’s front office team.

Responsibilities:
Assist guests with inquiries and reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
Process reservations and updates in the hotel’s booking system.
Assist in coordinating group bookings and events.
Handle guest requests, special preferences, and inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
Offer recommendations and upsell additional services when appropriate.
Follow established hotel procedures and policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using reservation software or booking systems.
Knowledge of local attractions and events is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
