Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Requirements:
High school diploma or relevant qualification.
Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
