Description

A well-established company is hiring a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome visitors, handle calls and correspondence, coordinate appointments, and provide general administrative support. Receptionists commonly serve as the first point of contact and help maintain smooth front-office operations.

Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
Handle general inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, documents, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor records and reception logs.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist with filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, and basic data entry.
Coordinate with couriers, suppliers, and office staff when required.
Monitor office supplies and inform management when replenishment is needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information.
Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Follow company security and visitor-management procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous receptionist, front-office, customer-service, or administrative experience is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Good spoken and written English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
UAE experience is an advantage.
