We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide information about the company and its services to visitors.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
