Receptionist

Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk and welcome visitors. The Receptionist will handle calls, assist guests, and support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department

Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence

Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules

Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation

Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

Keep the reception area clean and organized

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
