Description

A reputable real estate company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to promote property listings, develop client relationships, arrange property viewings, and support customers throughout the property transaction process.

Responsibilities
Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate offers and assist with sales and leasing transactions.
Prepare property information, quotations, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, viewings, and transactions.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Monitor property market trends and available listings.
Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.
Maintain a professional relationship with property owners, buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Dubai property markets is an advantage.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
