A reputable company is looking for an experienced and strategic Real Estate Director to lead property operations, sales activities, business development, and overall real estate strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, financial, and market analysis skills with proven experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and manage real estate sales, leasing, and property operations teams.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
Identify new property investment and business development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, clients, and business partners.
Monitor real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Oversee property acquisition, leasing, sales, and portfolio management activities.
Review budgets, financial performance, and operational costs.
Negotiate major contracts, property agreements, and business deals.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Prepare management reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Mentor and develop team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior real estate management role.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market and property procedures.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Strong financial and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple projects.
UAE real estate experience is preferred.
