A reputable company is hiring a Real Estate Agent to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves generating leads, arranging property viewings, following up with clients, and supporting the sales and leasing process. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties.
Generate and follow up on new property leads.
Promote available properties through approved marketing channels.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences.
Provide accurate information about properties, prices, and locations.
Negotiate with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants when required.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales or rental process.
Maintain updated records of leads, clients, and property listings.
Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams.
Assist with preparing relevant property and transaction documents.
Work toward assigned sales and leasing targets.
Stay updated on property market trends and available listings.

Requirements:

Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Basic computer and social media skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE real estate experience or a valid driving license is an advantage.
