Ramp Handler

Description

A well-established organization is looking for a Ramp Handler to support daily airport ground operations. The role involves baggage and cargo handling, aircraft turnaround support, and maintaining safety and efficiency on the airport ramp.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload baggage, cargo, and airport equipment.
Transport baggage and cargo between aircraft and designated areas.
Assist with aircraft arrival and departure activities.
Support ground handling and ramp operations as instructed.
Handle baggage carefully and ensure proper placement and movement.
Follow all airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
Inspect assigned equipment and report any damage or operational issues.
Maintain a clean and organized working area.
Coordinate effectively with ramp supervisors and ground operations staff.
Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous airport, logistics, warehouse, or baggage-handling experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving baggage/cargo.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Freshers may also be considered for suitable positions.
