Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in the Packaged Food division. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our packaged food products, from concept to launch. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the packaged food industry, consumer preferences, and market trends, as well as the ability to drive product innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and preferences in the packaged food sector.
Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps to meet market demands and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch activities.
Monitor product performance and market trends, making necessary adjustments to ensure the product’s competitiveness and success.
Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, forecasting, pricing, and positioning.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the packaged food industry.
