Key Responsibilities:

Assist the procurement team with daily purchasing activities and administrative tasks.
Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.
Contact suppliers to request quotations, product details, availability, and delivery schedules.
Compare supplier prices and assist in preparing purchase comparisons.
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, orders, quotations, and purchasing documents.
Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and expected delivery dates.
Coordinate with warehouse and internal departments regarding material requirements.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and identifying items that require replenishment.
Update procurement records and maintain organized digital and physical files.
Support the procurement team in reviewing supplier information and purchasing details.
Assist with invoice checking and coordination with the accounts department.
Ensure purchasing documents are complete and properly filed.
Perform other procurement and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
