Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate printing presses and machines, including offset and digital printers, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and operation.
Quality Control: Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Material Preparation: Prepare printing materials, including paper, ink, plates, and other supplies, ensuring they meet job specifications and quality requirements.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on printing machinery, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate repairs and maintenance with the maintenance team.
Job Setup: Set up printing jobs, including loading paper and ink, adjusting settings, and calibrating machines to match job requirements and specifications.
Production Scheduling: Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of printing jobs, meeting deadlines and client requirements.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Printing Machine Operator, preferably in the UAE.
Technical expertise in operating offset and digital printing machines.
Knowledge of printing materials, inks, and color management.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain print quality and consistency.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for handling machine issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
