Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picking and Packing Specialist to join our warehouse team. As a Picking and Packing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders. If you have experience in warehouse operations, are skilled at managing inventory, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy, we encourage you to apply and become an essential part of our team.

Responsibilities:
Efficiently pick and pack orders in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
Accurately verify product quality, quantity, and specifications during the picking and packing process.
Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment to fulfill orders.
Perform quality checks to ensure that products are undamaged and meet quality standards.
Prepare orders for shipping by labeling, packaging, and palletizing items.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Report any discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory issues to supervisors.
Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and participate in periodic stock counts.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers is a plus.
Basic computer skills for data entry and using inventory management systems.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
