Job Description:
Join our team as a Picking and Packing Specialist and contribute to the efficient processing and delivery of our packaged food products. As a Picking and Packing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing orders, ensuring the timely and precise delivery of our products to customers. Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and guidelines, ensuring accuracy and product quality throughout the process.
Utilize inventory management systems to locate and retrieve products from storage areas, verifying quantities and conducting quality checks as needed.
Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, sealing, and arranging for timely delivery through appropriate shipping channels.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain organized inventory storage, monitor stock levels, and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, following proper handling and sanitation procedures to maintain the integrity and freshness of packaged food products.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or picking and packing role, preferably in the food industry, is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently within specified time frames.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills for order processing and tracking purposes.
Physical stamina and the capacity to lift and move packages of various weights, with the ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, with a focus on adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
